Commitment to Child Safety

Ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people in our churches is our highest priority. Our Children and Vulnerable People Policy is available for download below. We have also partnered with Safe Ministry Check™ to provide high-quality training.

How to Complete the Child Safety Training

Before you begin, ensure you have:

✔ Allowed adequate time to meaningfully engage with the training content and complete the module

• Member Level: ~15 minutes.
• Volunteer & Leader Level: ~30 minutes.
• Team Leader Level: ~45 minutes.
• Staff & Board Member Level: ~60 minutes.

Note: Pastors have an additional 2-hour Mandatory Reporter Training to complete.

✔ A clear photo of your current Working With Children Check (WWCC) card, as you will need to upload this during the training.

✔ The name, email address, and mobile phone number of two (2) character references who can vouch for your suitability to conduct child-related work.(Not a relative — ideally your senior pastor or another church leader). They will receive a simple email or text message to tick and confirm their reference.

✔ Confirmation that you have read the Foursquare Children and Vulnerable People Policy.

Steps to complete your training:

2.    Login or sing up using your email address.
3.    Complete the required training modules.
